The first level contains 1 brilliant cut diamond, 2 flowers and a pendant 2 diamonds cut brilliant and 1 pear-shaped diamond of 0.6 carat.
The second level also contains 2 flowers (including one to which it missing a diamond) and to complete this necklace of great finesse, a brilliant cut diamond.
