Edith ring
Very fine French work from the 1940s, the Edith ring is in 18-carat yellow gold set with a 16-carat step-cut citrine.
I fell in love with the frame and the settings, which I find incredibly modern. The sleek lines of the frame are unique and beautiful.
The citrine has shocks on 3 angles. The shards present are not visible when the ring is worn but only when you have the ring under your eyes.
In perfect condition, this ring would be worth €1500, the jeweler Baume has a similar one but with a much less interesting setting at €2000.
So you have to see your purchase as a good deal :)
Because no one will see the shards when you wear it, the only thing we will see is the very beautiful yellow, orange color of the citrine and the beauty of its frame.
